Maybe something else is possible.
What would you like to be different?
Explore what matters to you, understand what’s keeping you where you are, and recognize your choices.
Then you can begin trusting yourself to make them.
Life moves quickly...Responsibilities grow. Expectations multiply.
Between work, family, relationships, caregiving, and everyday demands, it can be difficult to pause and give attention to something you’d like to change.
You may find yourself wanting to:
Make a difficult decision.
Take better care of your health or exercise more consistently.
Change how things unfold in a relationship.
Set a boundary or ask for what you need.
Find your way through a life or career transition.
Understand or change a behavior you keep returning to.
Finally address something you’ve been circling for months—or years.
Perhaps you know what you want. You may even know what you think you should do. Yet you find yourself pulled in another direction.
Part of you wants something different. Another part hesitates.
There may be more to understand here. Slowing down and getting curious can help you discover what’s happening for you—and what could make a different choice possible.
The possibility: As you begin to understand yourself more deeply, choices you couldn’t see before may become clearer.
You may begin to experience:
More trust in yourself when making decisions.
A clearer sense of what matters to you and what you want.
More room to pause and choose how you respond.
Greater ease in asking for what you need or setting a boundary.
More curiosity and less judgment toward yourself.
Meaningful progress with something you’ve wanted to change.
Sometimes the shift is a conversation you finally have, a decision you make, or a small step you begin taking consistently.
You can learn, adjust, and choose again.
This is the work we do together.
I’m Lisa Ralston, founder of Catching Rays Coaching & Wellness.
For more than twenty years in corporate finance and leadership, I worked alongside people navigating decisions, relationships, competing priorities, and change. Ten years of teaching also taught me how important it is to meet each person where they are. Sometimes a different question or a different way of looking at something helps it become clear.
My own experience, along with my coaching training, has deepened my appreciation for what becomes possible when we slow down and get curious about ourselves.
That’s what I bring to our conversations. I listen closely, ask questions, and offer observations that help you explore what matters to you, understand what’s happening, and discover your own way forward.
How can I support you?
"Genuine care and radiant love.”
What sets Lisa apart is her genuine care and the radiant love she brings to her teaching. She doesn't just share techniques—she holds sacred space with such grace that profound healing, connection, and depth naturally unfolds. The primordial sound practices she taught me have become my daily anchor, connecting me to a well of inner strength and spiritual clarity.
